I am a hardworking, high-energy realtor who is known for getting things done. As co-founder and partner of Express Home Realty, I have over 9 years of experience as a  Real Estate Broker.  In addition to real estate, I am a 20 year veteran of the hotel industry, last serving as a Vice President for 70+ hotels throughout the United States. As Vice President I handled commercial property acquisition, dispositions, and construction of new hotels. My commercial experience gives me a unique skill set to assist the business community. I have been an active buyer and seller of my own multi-million dollar real estate portfolio including AirB&B's and longterm rentals.  

With over 20 years of experience in managing investment properties, I enjoy helping investors grow their portfolio. For the last two decades I have worked to restore over 40 homes throughout the Triad. I am passionate about rehabilitating neighborhoods and creating affordable homes. Nothing makes me prouder than providing  a beautiful home to a first time buyer.  In addition to real estate, I am also a licensed NC General Contractor. I love a good negotiation and I never back down from a complex real estate deal. I help my clients all the way through, from negotiations, recommending inspectors, repair contractors, lenders, and attorneys. Serving Central North Carolina, I am a member of two MLS's, my clients are at advantage as I am able to provide an expanded inventory of properties in over 20  North Carolina counties.

I grew up in South Shore KY alongside the Ohio River.  I moved to Portsmouth Ohio after high school and graduated with my Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Shawnee State University. In 2007 I made Winston-Salem my forever home. I love Winston-Salem and thoroughly enjoy the many parks and theaters. My pride and joy are my two sons, Carter and Finn. Being a father and husband are the two greatest roles I will ever have. When I have free time  I enjoy playing guitar, singing badly, hiking, and traveling..
