With 36 years of experience in the real estate industry, Lane Young has built a distinguished career working at Hubbard Realty as an assistant to Mr. Lewis Hubbard. Lane's primary role involved coordinating lot closings for builders, providing invaluable support to the company. Lane also had the unique opportunity to work closely with both Mr. Lewis Hubbard, Sr. and his son Bruce, the current President of Hubbard Realty, on new construction land development projects. This hands-on experience granted Lane extensive exposure to the planning and implementation of new developments.
Having developed strong rapport with many builders in the area, Lane possesses a wealth of knowledge about the building process from start to finish. Lane's dedication to clients ensures the highest quality of service for both buyers and sellers throughout their real estate journey.
In addition to a successful career in real estate, Lane is the proud Director and Owner of Carolina School of Real Estate. This role allows Lane to share expertise with aspiring real estate professionals, helping them build successful careers in the industry. Lane also served as a District Manager, overseeing management of 10 diverse properties in the region.
Outside of work, Lane is deeply committed to community involvement and is an active member of a local church. In her leisure time, Lane enjoys reading, walking, and exploring new technology.
